We collect only what we need to take an order, send a parcel, and — if you agree — understand how the shop is used.
When you place an order we store your name, phone, address and the items you bought in Odoo, our order book. We use the phone number to send WhatsApp updates about that order.
If you accept the cookie banner we load analytics tags (Google Tag Manager / GA4, and Microsoft Clarity if the operator has turned them on) so we can see which pages are used and where checkout stops. You can refuse. Refusing does not stop you buying.
We do not sell your details. Payment card data is handled by Razorpay, not stored on this site. To ask a question about your data, use the contact page or WhatsApp the workshop.
