Returns
Unused, unworn pieces can come back within seven days of delivery. Made-to-order work is cut to your measurement.
Write to us on WhatsApp within seven days of delivery if an in-stock piece is unused and in its original packing. We will share the return address in Nathdwara.
Made-to-order pieces are not returned because they were sized and finished for your vigraha. If we sent the wrong size or a faulty piece, we remake or refund it.
Refunds go back to the original payment method after we inspect the return. Courier damage should be photographed before you open the inner wrap.
